The machine tool bed is the main foundational casting and backbone of machine tools. Components including guideways, slides, worktable and spindle head are mounted on it.

Material: Grey cast iron GG25 / GG30 is widely used. Mineral casting (BASALDUR VC®) is adopted for high-end machines.

Process: The casting is stress-relieved to eliminate residual casting stress. Mounting datum surfaces are precision machined, with pre-drilled anchor bolt holes, dowel holes and ports for pipelines.

Features: Heavy mass, high rigidity, good anti-tipping performance, excellent vibration damping and long-term dimensional stability.

Application: CNC lathes, machining centers, grinding machines, gantry machines and other machine tools.
